It's been satisfying to see photos that I take show up all around town on the front page of the Salem News which reminds me of a few other cover shots that I have had.
A few years ago I did a fine art project on the reflections of water at sunrise; 3 of the images where used for the cover of some books:

Photos for "Bolshio Garod" a Russian Magazine
Last spring, I was contacted by a Russian photo editor to shoot a Russian poet/dissident living in Boston. It was a rainy day & there wasn't much to work with in the public senior housing apartment, so I tried to use some light for creativity. Also much thanks to Becky who helped track him down and acted as a photo assistant.
